Towne Lake strives to give residents a true “Lake Living” lifestyle. This is a community designed to meet all of your aquatic needs with Houston’s fourth largest lake, a water park, and pools. We have day docks, private docks, ramps, and access points for residents of Towne Lake to launch and dock their watercrafts.

You can cast off your boat or take advantage of the 14 miles of shoreline to go fishing. The lake is part of a managed fishery program and contains several species of fish including: Largemouth Bass, White Crappie, and Sunfish. Relax along the shoreline and see what your line brings in.

Our Marina and Boardwalk is the perfect place to tie up and unwind. The Boardwalk features a unique collection of waterfront dining, shopping, and office space; all accessible with marina parking for resident boats. Cy-fair residents can dine, shop, and work in this mixed-use development, as well.

Towne Lake has water activities for the whole family. Make a splash in our Olympic and Lagoon-style pools at the Community Clubhouse, or in our third private pool for Heritage residents. Children living in Towne Lake can enjoy the shooting streams and water fountains at our splash pad.

Make a day of fun at our waterpark. You can float the lazy river, race down the water slides, splash in the pools, and soak up the sun on the sandy beach. There is a concession area, the Frontier House, with restrooms, grills, a kitchen, and dining patio.
